MY ORDER

How do I place my order?
Simply choose your style from the drop down menu on the product page, then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

I’m so excited to receive my order! How do I check my order status?
Just enter your order information on the “Track Order” page to track your order status.

I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?
When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification. If it is after 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it will be too late to cancel it or modify it.


*Please note that for certain items, if your order has already been shipped, we cannot proceed with the cancellation or any modification, even if your request is made within the 24 hour period after your order was placed.

To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number.

To modify an order, please include the following details from your order: order number, style, size and color. Then specify the item you would  like to exchange it for in your email and we’ll do our best to help you!

I placed my order, but I have not received my confirmation email yet.
First, double check your spam folder and other email accounts.

Can I track my package?
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email once your order is been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames specified, please contact our help support team here and we’ll be happy to assist!

Please note:
It may take up to 24 hours for your package to show up in the forwarder's tracking system.

I never received my package, what should I do?
If your item has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us with the order number and the date the order was placed, and we will do our best to help you!

How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and added to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.


RETURN AND REFUND

What if my item doesn’t fit? Can I return it?
Should you receive an item that does not fit, please email us at lslimited100@gmail.com and we will arrange an exchange. Item must still have tags attached in order to qualify for an exchange/return, and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. For more information, please see our return policy.


EXCEPTIONS & NONRETURNABLE ITEMS

Sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additional items that are considered final sale are as follows:
• Accessories (jewelry, belts, hats, face masks, etc.)
• Bodysuits
• Swimsuits
• Intimates
• Free gifts or promotional items
• Items marked FINAL SALE
• Gift Cards 
• Sunglasses
• Lingerie
• Worn items
• Items with scents such as smoke, perfume, deodorant stains and other signs of wear.
• Shipping fee
• Items with hang tags removed

Are any products available for pre-order?
At this time we are not offering any pre-orders. Products listed on our website are available in our inventory and are ready to ship when ordered. Once those products are out of stock, they will no longer be available for purchase, unless we decide to restock.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship domestically, including U.S. territories & Canada. 

I have an event coming up. What about expedited shipping?
We ship via USPS. If you would like overnight or guaranteed USPS Priority 2 days shipping, please reach out to us before completing your purchase. Email lslimited100@gmail.com, please be sure to include your shipping address and what you are looking to purchase. We will then send you a draft order for you to complete your purchase.
